ADMINISTRATOR JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrator job is to direct calls to proper destination. Everybody’s top job at the agency is to do really great things for our customers each and every day so… your most important job is providing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We do this by listening to our customers, taking care so they can rest easy knowing that we are their insurance agency. Since the Administrator is the first contact with the customer when calling in, the Administrator should be happy and upbeat at all times. The Administrator is the hub of the office since all calls and scheduling is done through this position.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive (AE) is one of the most important jobs in the agency. The AE represents our whole agency each and every time that they have contact with a customer. Everybody’s fundamental mission at the agency is to do really great things for our customers each and every day so… your most important job is providing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The AE’s focus is always customer focus. We do this by listening to our customers, taking care of all their concerns and obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing all of their accounts so they can rest easy knowing that we are their insurance agency.
